"Normally, I love TjMaxx. This visit was not as good. The selection was low, and prices had increased. In October, I found great buys. Purses on sale starting at $15.00 and up. This time, the lowest price that I came across was about $28.00. Hopefully, my next visit will have better luck."

"The Medford store is definitely not customer oriented. The ONLY reason I was even acknowledged was because I was buying something. The cashier didn't say a word, to me, after the transaction was over(such as Thank you or come back again). She just proceeded to interject herself into a conversation between two other employees. I realize, as customers, we don't have to shop there, but if every person feels they are being ignored, there will no longer be any customers for this particular store. Customer service is what businesses are built on. These employees need to understand that."
