"I went online last night and ( I thought I had purchased a pair of Converse Madison shoes). I gave my credit card and all my information. It said the shoes were available at this location. I had a conformation number, but never received an email for my purchase. I went in today to pick up the shoes and the night manager said the transaction was voided because they couldn’t find the shoes. No one notified me and told me this via email or phone call. So we went over to the location were the female shoes were and he couldn’t find it. I spent approximately one minute and found the shoes myself. I was not happy. He kinda made a joke about it. Also I was not happy about it because there wasn’t like I’m sorry or anything said. The manager acting that night was rude. So I bought the shoes and left. I returned back to the store because I had used a coupon online and it made the shoes $10.00 less. Not a big deal. But I want what I paid for (or so I thought.) The manager then said there isn’t anything I can do unless you have a coupon with a barcode. He said you can return them and re-purchase them online if you want your 10.00 off. I said that’s stupid. The manager on how he handled the situation was not pleasant to work with and I do not recommend Buying anything from famous footwear. I have bought multiple pairs of shoes from this company and after tonight’s service. I will not purchase anything again. I will also be forwarding this to corporate. I never got the managers name, but I do have a an associate number for this transaction, on my receipt."
