"I really enjoyed this store. First time in and it was just an enjoyable store. Maybe it was the baby chickens, or the rabbits or possibly the fact that they had the bare root grapes I was looking for. Is everything a great deal? Super cheap? No. You have Walmart up the road for that. But what you do have is well priced high quality stuffs with good customer service. And I tell you what, good customer service is hard to come by these days."

As I’m letting my dog pick out a tree as I’m holding it for a moment, she walks up to me as I talk to her I rip off the tag and hand it to him. She then excuses me of stealing, and says the store does not allow that. As I did it in front of her, not before . Very negative experience from the Grange co-op. The cashier is amazing. I think she should talk to. She looks like she’s a manager. Paid for my items , a dog food bag I’m not sure I want and a treat he got to carry out because he doesn’t eat in public. These assumptions were way too far and the negative attack on me. It was unnecessary. Id appreciate getting contacted about this"

"We recently bought some chicks and all our brooder supplies here. It’s our first time raising chickens so we needed some helpful tips. A woman named Logan helped us with all of our questions. She probably spent a good 30 minutes talking to us and helping us get everything we need! So very helpful and polite. Thank you very much for all the help! It made a world of difference"

"I called to let them know the lemon cucumbers I bought there last month are doing amazing, however, were NOT lemon. Without a receipt she said there was nothing she could do, and she was the manager! All I wanted was to bring them back and replace then with the correct product. Who keeps a receipt for plants they’ve already planted? Horrible customer service, I’m now out a month of growth and have to start from scratch. And to think I spent over $200 when I was in there that day!"
