"My dog was sick and it was time to provide comfort for my dog on the last hours of her life. Yes it was hard as a dog owner of a 16 yrs old dog, she was my baby. The staff helped me throughout my emotional time saying goodbye and preparing my dog. The staff is professional and the service was great. Reviews talk about the costs- and YES please do your research before getting services for your pet, but their rates were not too off from other vet offices, as the customer please always ask for costs so you don't feel blindsided. Pet care costs money. All I can say is they were professional and provided the services we needed."

"The staff and doctors at Pacific Care are the best! They saved my dogs life! The office staff are very nice and the doctors are very thorough and explain everything to you. The facility is immaculate and they have someone constantly cleaning. They always gave us an upfront estimate before they proceed with any treatment. Thank you for all you have done for our pet!"

"I promise that you will pay at least 1k every time you step foot thru the door! They have no problem gouging you and playing on your emotions with your sick pet, yet ZERO respect or courtesy to call you back after 6 weeks of waiting for biopsy results. After so long I finally called. The manager of the office read my pets’ results over the phone. That was nice of her, but we have heard nothing from the Vet or Vet’s team, we are still to this day waiting on results of another test and it’s been WEEKS!!!! We spent thousands of dollars. The amount of disrespect from the lack of communication is disgusting considering how much pain & stress it caused on our dog and family. How dare you? Beware!!!"

They, along with Coast-to-Coast Cardiology and our primary care vets at Quail Animals Hospital all worked hard to keep Lily's heart disease and initial left atrial tear / pericardial effusion from taking her away too quickly. We got nearly two more wonderful years of bonus time with her."
