"I got a delicious chai latte here, there was a line out the door but I felt like it moved quickly. The vibe is awesome and tranquil, with a lot of outdoor seating. The only problem I had was that there is no restroom unless you are a resident of the neighborhood/HOA. So not the best coffee place if you're looking to stay for a while or work and don't live in the neighborhood. Would be back otherwise and recommend if you are looking to just grab and go, or live in the neighborhood :)"

"Small hideaway that I imagine is perfect for local residents. No seating inside but on a gorgeous day you have access to large green areas and outdoor tables. Tons of dogs mingling around while waiting for the owner's joe!"
