"Another Pet Food Express by a Safeway. Although they seem to always be out of the Nulo Chicken Jerky, an excellent clean-to-handle bark-calming treat, their service is very accommodating in “weird” circumstances. Also the elevated dog scales is comforting for my dog."

"Woof! This is a dog's review of Petfood Express in Novato, and I must say it's pawsitively awesome for a pup like me who doesn't initially like being washed. Let me compare it to the one in Richmond, where I used to go before switching to Novato. So, about the Richmond location, it used to be my go-to spot for baths. Unfortunately, I had to stop going there because it had some issues. First, they never seemed to have enough shampoo, and cleanliness is a big deal for us dogs. I mean, who wants to be stuck in a bath with not enough suds, right? Also, the water collars were constantly missing because people kept taking them, which made my bath time a bit chaotic. Now, onto Novato! I love going there for several reasons. First of all, they've got excellent water pressure – the perfect balance for a dog who wants a thorough clean without feeling overwhelmed. The amount of suds they provide is just right, making me feel fresh and clean. But the real treat (literally) is the free treats they offer. Who doesn't love a tasty snack after a bath? It's like a reward for being a good dog during the wash! Plus, Novato has plenty of water collars available to borrow, so I don't have to worry about missing equipment. The staff at Petfood Express in Novato is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They make me feel like a VIP, and that's not all! They even offer VIP vet services on certain days. It's like a one-stop-shop for all my pet needs. In conclusion, Novato's Petfood Express is my new favorite place for baths and pet supplies. It's clean, well-stocked, and the staff is wonderful. Richmond's location may have been convenient, but Novato offers an overall superior experience for a dog like me who wants a hassle-free and enjoyable bath day."
