"I was literally "banned" from JOHN because the cashier rang me up and closed out the sale that I couldn't see prices AND I couldn't enter my Target rewards number. When John popped out his head, I recognized him as one who did the same thing last time I was there - he even gave me $2 off coupon lol. When I asked him I wanted to see the prices of what I was paying for the hydrogen peroxide and the spray bottle (different price popped up for the spray bottle), the cashier proceeded to talk "slow" being a smart a$$ giving me the pricing on the prescriptions. I told him I'm not stupid, I just needed the prices on the two items. No sooner than JOHN pops out, grabs my stuff and tells me I'm banned from CVS - all because I wanted to see the price I was paying ... I believe that it's illegal to ring someone up without displaying the price they are being rung up JOHN. Then he proceeded to get me "escorted" out cause I guess fighting for my rights bans someone. Security says it's nothing, he even let me back in to eat. Good job JOHN. I know you're new to this pharmacy."
"I usually love visiting this target but when I visited yesterday evening there was a hiccup. I went to get some pet swiffer pads. As I was grabbing them I soon realized it was leaking. I inspected all of them and they all seemed to have a small crack at the bottom causing the leak. It was all on the floor also. I went to the target price checker and requested a worker over and over for 10 mins and even asked a pick up worker for help in the department. I waited again and nothing. Not only was I trying to tell someone because of the puddle (save them from a lawsuit) but to also see if there was any undamaged in the back. I like to use these for a quick mop since I have a cat with asthma. I ended up just grabbing something else and leaving and telling another random worker before I left in the front again. I hope that it wouldn’t be this complicated in the future for a worker to come."
"Edit: Husband went and picked up order. Got home and I noticed 5 items I did not buy and 5 items of my dinner ingredients were missing. Called the store for 40 minutes before I got someone to answer. Explained the situation to the girl answering the phone ( don't know who I spoke with as they never give their names). Now my disabled husband has to take the wrong order back to the store and get ours. This is extremely hard for him. I too am disabled and cannot drive . I told them I expected to be able to park where I did when I picked the order up. They replied they cannot do that. The " team leader" I spoke with is offering a $15 gift card which I appreciate. BUT it does not negate this miserable customer service. I would appreciate a call from the store director before I take my concerns to headquarters. Use the drive up at least twice a week. The "pickers" do a good job but the baggers need retraining. They put heavy items on top of bread and hot dog buns. They use lots of bags which is completely unnecessary. If they are retrained this might stop. Today my husband picked up an order and I am missing an item. I have called the store 4 times, spoke with no one and got hung up on. This is terrible customer service. Maybe it's time to change my grocery store back to Safeway."
"Many people don’t know that target has a variety of household goods online, wonderful furniture, tables, bookcases, chairs, and thousands of throw pillows. I enjoy doing searches on the site and ordering and you can return to any target store. Those yellow pillows on the couch are from target, the white with gray stripe chairs are from target and the dining table"
"Great store to get everything from books, toys, clothing and electronics. I especially like their home goods such as dinner wear and small furniture and beddings & linens. I’ve been buying kids & women’s clothes a lot as well since their selection is stylish and often reasonably priced. Novato Target has been nicely renovated with nicer looking front door. I think drive up service is going to be popular for busy mothers who may not want to get out of their vehicles with their little ones when they need a handful items to purchase. Season display of small furniture section is always enticing to look."
