"Room was sparse but comfy. Hotel is rather dingy. Located right next to SMART Train so a bit noisy. Easy access to the freeway- a little too easy because you can hear that too! Pretty close to stores & restaurants. Staff were great!"
"In Google I searched for hotels, this barely has a motel quality…. Outdated rooms that feel like a dark prison that you’d expect in India.. wanted to go to another place, but I arrived 1am and neighboring places were sold out."
"Awesome experience. The staff here was awesome and professional. I required accomodations for a disability and when I checked in, the front desk staff member, I think her name was Joan, helped out and made sure that my stay was comfortable and safe. I appreciate all the help from all the staff. Clean rooms, and great location."
"FIRM bed. Did I say firm? FIRM like cardboard covered with a quilt firm. Spend $10-20 more and sleep comfortably if you want a good quality sleep after you’ve been riding a motorcycle for 8 hours. Continental breakfast. If you don’t get down within the first hour of breakfast, all the muffins are gone. But you’ll be awake cause you won’t get any sleep on your hard bed."
"It's dirty. The outside may look ok but definitely not inside the rooms. I'm sure the most minimum amount of cleaning is done here, like changing sheets and towels.... at least I hope they do these things! There were many cosmetic damages to the room, which I could look past, but the worst was the fact that it didn't seem clean! We paid $400+ for a 2 night stay. This is one of the more expensive hotels we have stayed at as well as the least impressive. The pool was closed in the middle of summer due to construction. We chose this hotel because we wanted a pool where we were staying so this was very disappointing. There were not enough parking spots, so we had to park down the street as well as at least 5 other cars. The person working in the office was parking in front of the office where people are supposed to pull through to get into the parking lot. She did this 2 nights in a row and was super rude when her coworker called her out on it. To me, this seems pretty rude to all paying customers. We stayed in a room where the cable cut out many times when we tried to watch tv at night. When we opened up the curtains in the morning, there were gross brown stains that looked like poop stains, which obviously really grossed us out. The beds were as hard as the ground, which I know some people prefer but it was so uncomfortable. The water pressure was very low in the shower which wasnt the worst part of our stay, but for roughly $200/night I would expect much better overall. Everything seemed like it was super old and not kept up. The location is generally ok. It's not too far from downtown but not super walkable either. It's pretty quiet in the area, which is nice. Overall though, not impressed. I would never stay here or any of the America's Best hotels again. Overall, super disappointed with the office staff and general upkeep of the property. The outside looks ok, the inside is not upkept!!!"
