"This bank has the absolute worst customer service skills. The manager Lavon Garcia was very demeaning as well as very condescending. Not quiet sure who is in charge of hiring but they surely hot this one wrong. She is very rude as her boss politely sat in the next room as if he was not there. Understanding their strict policies, one could definitely take a different approach on their expansion of the policy. I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone who wants to be treated with dignity and respect. The other locations are great it's just this one. Maybe they should consider change after reading the other reviews. Consumers, community member beware."
