"ATM malfunction. $300 taken out of my account after machine stated that it could not complete the transaction. I entered my PIN again for a $200 withdrawal th king maybe the machine was low on cash and was rationining. I did get the $200 but not the other $300. I went inside and there was nothing the tellers could do to belp except tell me to contact my bank to get the funds back. When I asked if happens before one lady stated that it has happened before and it’s because the machine is a dinosaur? If a branch knows there is an issue with their cash machine, why wouldn’t it be fixed or disable so no one has to deal with this? And since I do not bank with them, there is not much that can b done. So merry Christmas Banner and thanks so much. Going into Christmas is not the best time to be short of funds. Cannot post review without a star so...:"
