"It's a really beautiful, clean and quiet apartment complex! The appliances are really new and high quality, the staff has been really nice and helpful, and we're a quick 5 minute walk from a grocery store."

"I was in an apartment here for about 11 months in a year lease. The whole time there Holly was amazing. From trying to find a place and her helping me find something when I really needed it to when I needed out of my lease early. She is what made it awesome to be there. Don't get me wrong the apartment was ok. The storage in the kitchen was small and not having things like a gym or pool sucked. The smoke arlam was annoying at times with how easily it would go off. Never had an noise issues. They are very pet friendly. I am giving five stars for how amazing Holly was. She was always helpful and very sweet. Anything you needed she did what she could. She knew who you are and never asked my name or apartment cause she knew who I was. In leaving my lease early there weren't hard feelings or the cold shoulder, Holly was even able to find someone to take my apartment over fast so I didn't have to worry about rent for my last month. Over all this wasn't a bad place to live."

"I have loved living here this past year, and plan to stay another year. The property manager Holly was so incredibly flexible with my needs when I first applied, she took the time to listen to me talk and help me find a wonderful space. But apart from the personal touches, the apartment itself is well laid out and spacious. Having a dog here is very easy, which is becoming harder in the current Madison rental market no matter the breed or size. The neighbors are friendly, the views are spectacular on those 6am dog walks, and there is always parking for friends and family to visit."

"I sublet for a couple at this beautiful apartment building, I lived here for 7 months and I loved the location, how clean the building was kept, and the property manager, Holly. She was amazing! The minute I needed something, someone was there right away per my request. My apartment was modern, seemed rushed to be completed but overall nice and in working condition when handed over to me. Side note: some of the kitchen drawers were 1/2 drawers and I struggled to find places to store my items. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because it would've been nice to have a gym, pool, or more amenities for the price that we paid monthly, however instead of giving it 3 stars, I gave it 4 because you do have great location that makes up for it a little bit. They always give you 24 hour notice or more prior to entering your apartment, via email. This apartment is extremely pet/dog friendly, and if you are opposed to dogs and barking this is not the place for you. Only other thing, that was a reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that it seemed like my windows were never completely shut and I constantly had to have my heat or a/c on. When I spoke with management they stated it was designed that way and that the wind hits my window the hardest and not much they could potentially do."

"I've really enjoyed my time living here. The apartment finishes are very nice--I love the flooring (it's very pet friendly!) and the storage units in the garage are super convenient for extra space. I've met some wonderful people while living here. Last fall, we even did a "puppy party" and got a big group of the dog-owners in the building together for a BBQ. I've only had to call maintenance for one issue during my lease and they took care of it right away. The Great Dane & Metro Market are walking distance, which has been amazing. My only complaint is the smoke detector--it's located near the stove and is very sensitive."
