"This apartment complex had my car towed illegally while I was DELIVERING GROCERIES TO A QUARANTINED FRIEND due do COVID-19, and then refused to provide any sort of help getting the car back. I was parked legally for a total of 30 minutes. My friend has WRITTEN PROOF from the landlord saying guests can park there, and the landlord still refused to do anything. This cost me over 300 dollars and caused me to miss work. They have illegally towed her car as well (FOR NO REASON WHEN SHE HAD A PERMIT DISPLAYED AND WAS PARKED CORRECTLY), and SHE LIVES THERE."
