"Elevate was my first apartment complex I lived in when I made the move to Madison. It was a very welcoming community with helpful building managers. My girlfriend and I lived there for almost 2 years and have nothing but great memories of the time we spent there. Not only was it a great living space, but it had plenty of amenities and positives in the building. Thank you to everyone at RMK for making the early move-out as convenient and non-painful as possible."

"I’ve been living at Elevate Apartments for about 8 months almost a year and I have loved and enjoyed every single minute it’s such a beautiful home and beautiful people both working and living there. Property management is top tier and the property and housing is beautiful and outstanding. I see myself living here for all the years I stay in Wisconsin Very clean very professional. I love it here!"

"Not an ADA friendly location. Not a cleanly community to live in. The property management doesn't take pride in their work, as they do not pay attention to detail worth the price that you pay in rent. There is no deposit but hundreds of dollars in fees that you never get back! Communication from management to residents could be a ton better, with more following up on communication. It is unfortunate that you pay more in rent to have the conveniences of an apartment complex, yet there was nothing convenient about this place. Parking is not guaranteed even though you pay for a spot in the lot. Noise levels are bad, people blasting music from their cars in the parking lots. Overall would not recommend. The property management does not follow through with guidelines for pet waste on the property, doesn't follow through with cleanliness and general maintenance of the complex. Money is more important then providing quality services."

"I’ve been living here for the last 6 months and I absolutely love the apartment community. I love the coffee and hot coco machine, the gym (ITS HUGE!), and I love the vibe of the community. It’s very clean ! I live in w 1 bedroom and it’s very spacious!!! Which is very important to me . Another huge perk for me is the parking, I love that it’s in an underground secure location and the price is very affordable. Also, like any apartment, it has its flaws with noise. I’ve lived in many apartments in both smaller and bigger cities than Madison and noise is always inevitable. However, I don’t think here it’s too bad. Also, the office staff and very kind and helpful, Overall if I had to give it a rating I’ll say 8/10!"

"If I could have chosen a different apartment than I 100% would have. I moved here right when they opened thinking this was going to be an awesome new apartment in the Sun Prairie/Madison area. Since moving here I have had little sleep, I can hear every step from my neighbor above. My partner and I have found beer bottles and a large razor blade on our porch (we also have a dog so not safe). Music is regularly blasting on weekends after the 10 pm quiet time. Glass is all around the parking lot with the dog trash bins piled high with dog waste. Don't let how beautiful this place looks fool you into renting, I have spent hours crying over my mistake of signing a lease with this complex."
