She's super patient and helpful from the day I first time reached out to her to the day I moved out. She's professional and caring. Taiesha raises this apartment by one star."

"Repeating the other recent reviews, the previous managers were amazing, but then the property got sold to Katz and is now quickly going downhill. I spent the last 2 months trying to get them to issue my deposit refund. I was literally 1 day away from filing in court when they realized I hadn't renewed my lease and they needed to refund my deposit. The lack of a valid lease did not prevent them from withdrawing rent, which I had to dispute with my bank. While I was still living there, they wouldn't reply to maintenance requests, they were frequently out of office during work hours, the halls were not kept clean, and the landscaping looked to be slowly getting overgrown. Despite all this, do not expect cheap rent, you'll be paying for living so close to Hilldale Mall even if the landlord can't do their job."

"Management is absolutely HORRIBLE since Katz took over both Carolina and Monticello! Pro-tip, get the name of the person you're speaking with on the phone when you call—if you're lucky enough to have them actually answer, that is—because if you're speaking to Audrey or Angelica they WILL hang up on you if 1. you point out to them that what they're doing to tenants is illegal (especially if you site the law specific laws they're breaking), 2. you literally catch them lying in the exact same conversation (smooth moves, Angelica!), or 3. they "have better things in the office to do than talk to you" (nice quote, Audrey!). RENTERS BEWARE, they will try to take as much of your money as possible and make it as hard as possible for you to actually do anything about it."

"Attention!!!Lived here for more than 2 years. Before 2023, the property managers are very very very kind. Excellent management, very friendly. But now the ownership and management have changed. Then everything get worse. Office always is closed on weekdays. They doesn’t like to assist residents. Especially no sufficient maintenance. Better looking for another place if you are new to Madison."

"Lived here for a full year. Meagan and Amber were amazing property managers. I always felt welcomed, the apartment was quiet and peaceful. Beautiful park from my view. 2 parking spots included. Never had a complaint, maintenance was done quick and sufficiently- my #1 place in Madison that I’ve lived since moving here in 2017 and attending UW- Madison, would recommend to anyone!"
