"I loved living here, great service and clean new apartments"
"i lived here for about a year now on ground floor and it is by far the worst place I've ever rented. everything was fine first couple of months then a tenant moved in above me. i started hearing heavy foot steps, thudding, furniture moving...etc all the time and it drove me crazy. called the management who asked my neighbors and kept saying to me nothing was wrong. finally they came themselves and tried to simulate the sounds of foot steps and confirmed what i was hearing. they said they were going to put a carpet in the apartment above me and ask the neighbors to try to keep it down. long story short nothing happened. the building is poorly built with no insulation of sound. stay away from it!"
