"Unfortunately, I have been living here for 4 months and unless my contract is for 13 months, I do not think I will stay even for a minute. Even though I have complained many times, I have not been able to buy ingredients to cook at home because my refrigerator has been broken for 4 months. After each complaint, it is said that it will be taken care of and the maintenance team only comes and goes."

"Unfortunately, I still live here, I told them 6 times that the refrigerator was broken and they did not fix it. I hope you will see this comment. I live in 15 kessel ct apt 3. I am fed up. The oven and refrigerator are broken and they still haven't done it. Either come fix it or I will sue!!!!!"

"Good complex of many apartments of different sizes and amenities. Located very near to shopping, gas station, bus stop, shopping on Idana road, eateries, restaurants and so on. Pleasant and quiet campus. However, management must pay urgent attention to maintenance, parking woes, cleanliness and no. of people staying than rented for or visiting at odd hours. Lots of issues of unregistered cars parked in the space allocated for residents, hap hazard way of parking, blockage of main roads denying access to apartment entrance, not following strict no smoking rule, many door bells are in dilapidated state- not attend, repaired, replaced even after 12-18 months, irresponsible management as staff would give you a printed, common and unhelpful answer saying 'they are looking into it'!! How long they will continue not paying attention to. Many apartments are not given car parking slots in the basement. With no door bells, chances of you missing any signed delivery packages is high. A common email to the residents not to park un registered vehicles in the parking spaces meant for residents doesn't work. No one takes seriously about the signages 'towing of vehicles at the owners expense' and continue flaunting rules with authority. No security camera and enough street lights makes the entire area too dark in the evening. Management Office is swanky - why not. Hope they have paid similar attention to the apartments , amenities, facilities, parking and so on. One must check all the facilities, offers, and amenities they claim to offer on the paper before signing it. Otherwise, it's good for living if you are ok with these flaws. Before writing this piece, I paid several visits to find many flaws. Management must take serious note of these and immediately tow away all unregistered vehicles before the offenders take over the entire area. Show some action on the ground rather than sitting in the plush office."

"Don't move here if you are disabled. Seriously a terrible place to live if you have any mobility issues whatsoever. Also don't move here if you value your safety, time, energy, or money. I was promised garage parking but on move in day they tell me that they only have above ground parking space. They don't. People are parking in disabled parking spots, the sides of the driveway, tow zones, FIRE LANES, and the lawn. There will be significant "move in fees". The front doors to my building have been broken and unlockable for many months. An app is required for every utility including the DOOR LOCK and the laundry and rent and the mail room. Seriously awful management. I thought it would be better after being bought out from renew but I was sorely mistaken."

"Don’t trust Renew 78 Apartments management!!!!!!!And Please WHO wants to rent apartment here please stop!!! I don’t know why but I paid for deposit 1680+300+75=2055 and (application fee 25+25+150=200) and l don’t know why l paid for parking 45 anybody give me garage door key ! You will pay here (for one _time fee setup your conservise account )many times! When you have questions management don’t help you…and manager really RUDE!!! When you be here you will see this!!"
