"Would not recommend. Buildings are not smoke free your personal belongings will be damaged by the second hand smoke or weed tenants are smoking inside their apartments. Zero to little snow removal during the heaviest of snows. Maintaince almost never responds promptly and many of these units have electrical and water pressure problems."

"I’ll say 2.5 stars. Our lease is coming to an end and I will say we will not be renewing our lease and here is why. I understand kids will be kids but when you have your next door neighbors child banging against the wall in your bedroom at 10pm at night when you have to be up at 4am is not pleasant. It’s also not pleasant when the same neighbors will BLAST music at 7am on a weekend for HOURS at a time making your whole house rattle from the bass of the music. Not to mention the SAME neighbors screaming constantly with a baby crying in the background It’s also not pleasant when your upstairs neighbors are constantly running marathons in their living room up and down the front stairs causing the ceiling feeling like it’s going to cave in and having their child stop around all day and all night. One time our hallway light fell from the ceiling for how hard they were stomping Aside from the neighbors this place has a serious big bug problem. From dozens of spiders to box elders to house centipedes to HUNDREDS of ants during the spring no matter how much we clean, vacuum or use insecticide. In our year living here we had a roof over our head with heat and ac and working utilities which i will be forever thankful for. However, the amount of money you pay for this place is WAY too much for the area and for the condition the apartments are in and how small they are."

"I am currently living here. Since I moved in, I have had many problems with the unit. First, the air conditioning was not working properly; it took them more than 15 days to send someone to my apartment! The maintenance man recommended that I turn off the air conditioning from time to time to let the engine cool down; well, that was very inconvenient as it only worked for a few minutes and then needed to be turned off and on in order to work again, but as the weather was getting less hot, I had no problem again. By then, I started having a colossal carpenter ant problem, and management told me I had to wait until next month for pest control to come! I needed to call the corporate to them schedule an earlier pest control visit (which this pest issue was not only affecting me but them; carpenter ants can damage wood and other places of the unit). Now my a/c stopped working since yesterday, a heat advisory was issued and today it is 99 degrees, and my dog ​​and I are dying of hot! I submitted a maintenance request and emailed management with a video (otherwise, they'll take forever to respond). After the maintenance guy confirmed there was a problem with the air conditioner, I was told that it would take about 2-3 days to install a replacement!! I called management to see if they could help me with this situation, like sending at least a portable air conditioner or something that could help me get through this hot weather while I waited. Tiara not only denied me a solution she was also rude about it, not even understanding of my frustration, because of course "they aren't the ones that live there". I stayed home today but once I go back to work I'm worried about my dog staying alone with this weather condition! I have to add that building stinks badly, more with the hot weather and neighbors litter, so you see all types of garbage around the common areas. Unfortunately, I have a 14-month lease, but I would not recommend anybody to move here or at least not to have great expectations like I did. The neighborhood is nice, the apartments are good looking but it is not worth it. I hope this review can help them to make the pertinent and very necessary improvements."

"Scheduled a showing, drove 30 minutes and was on time. No one was there to do the showing and I waited around for 30 minutes. No one called me back or called to cancel the showing. Had to then drive another 30 minutes home."

"I loved living there was so peaceful and the staff was very nice. Any time you had a problem they get to it right away."
