"This complex gave me horrible deja vu of West Grove apts in Waukesha. Once inside apts are rundown, old looking even for showings! Bathroom looked like was from 50's, toilet old and so low to floor it'd be torture getting up off it! After getting their fee they change their vetting process rules on a whim, felt like dealing with a 15 yr old. I mean jack plates hanging crooked off the wall in front room for a Showing?? Glad to move on to a better kept, more professional place!"

"Overpriced rent, lack of atmosphere, overall lack of value. Not to mention they will make up numbers to take away your security deposit and even worse, try to charge you inflated numbers for items they had to “fix”. Don’t walk, run away. It’s a scam through and through. I understand keeping the deposit, but there’s no way the “Cleaning” done costed over 1000 dollars. The only thing this place is interested in cleaning is your pockets."

"Just recently moved after living at Piccadilly for about 3 years. Never had any issues at all. & the girls in the office were always extremely helpful whenever I did need something. The clubhouse is beautiful. Piccadilly was my first apartment living on my own and it was bittersweet leaving. Thankful for my experience there!"

"My boyfriend & I have lived here for over a year and it's been a great experience. Haven't had many issues at all! Our A/C wasn't working upon move-in and it was promptly fixed the next morning. There was a pipe issue with the unit below us, and the work was finished quickly. Children screaming and running through the halls/parking lots/leaving messes was the only issue we had.. and that issue has calmed down a lot! Staff are very responsive, kind and helpful. The neighbors we have met have all been so wonderful. The move-in process was smooth as well, and my boyfriend & I are still very happy to live here."

"My family and I love it here. Large living room, decent size bedrooms, patio doors in the living room leading to a balcony/patio, heat included. Also a new play area for kids, a heated pool, gym, and tanning. They recently redid the outside of the buildings, and it looks great! Laura and Sam, that work in the office, are very nice, super friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are awesome, and get things done in a timely manner. If you see any of the people that work here around, they say hi and stop to talk. It's a nice little community here. We like our neighbors, and haven't had any problems."
