"Property Maintenance Tech, King, stopped by and repaired our microwave handle that had snapped off. I have to give him a shout out as he was incredibly kind. He let me know he's been with Katz Properties for about 3 months now and is really enjoying what he does. He seems to be a phenomenal asset to the team, and takes value into getting to know the tenants. It was great getting to know him and have a familiar face on the property!"

"Very poor management and maintenance. Our A/C was broken during the hottest week of summer. It took them almost 3 weeks to get back to us and fix it after calling and constantly complaining to them about it. Their plow services sucked. They hardly put salt down on the ground I slipped and fell trying to get to my car when I was 3 months pregnant. The apartment ALWAYS smelled like weed, cigarettes, and cat piss. My boyfriend and I were not able to renew our lease because we had a baby. Would not recommend this place to anyone."
