"What a nice place to live! Pool is an extra bonus! Also kept up and clean! Hallways are vacuumed and windows are cleaned regularly! Rent is affordable! Landscaping is well maintained! Josie the manager always addresses any issues with maintenance right away! I enjoy apartment living.I have lived here for a year and plan on staying for a while!"

"Great place for family’s. I Thoroughly enjoyed they time living there. Pool is open each year and very well kept and clean. Manager is wonderful and and very welcoming. She will take care of you as she would her own family. Maintenance is always taken care of in a timely manner. The landscape of complex is well kept and beautiful flowers and bushes are always kept in shape."

"I lived here at Quail Hallow for over 2 years. Relocated due to a job change. I noticed many improvements over the last year. New manager Josie is great, as she is easy to deal with and accessible. The rent is the most affordable in the area. Convenient shopping of anything, just right down the road. They have been remodeling units and reseeding grass, planting flowers etc. Just a reflection on the pride of ownership. I have seen them replacing roofs and fencing as well. The pool is central and has always been available, not "Out of Service. Maintenance and Snow plowing has been very good. I was never charged fees on top of fees like some complexes I have lived at. Although I had no pets, There is a nice pet area provided. All I ever saw was smaller dogs, not sure what the policy is. All in all a good experience."

"I have been here for a couple weeks and I love it! Josie and Dan are prompt and professional. They are also very kind and welcoming. Her pets are sweet and loveable and I don't have a bad thing to say about this place! It is incredibly well maintained and the neighbors are even nice!"

"I moved to Quail Hollow 3 1/2 years ago. After living in a house with lots of acreage, it was difficult to get use to. Everybody was very kind. Judy is the best manager I've ever had. Anything that needed attention was taken care of promptly and successfully. There is cement between the floors so it is very quiet. Each building has 8 apartments so it doesn't seem over crowded. The pool is great! It is kept very clean and it is well maintained. On site laundry is great as is the storage unit. Very pet friendly! Super affordable! The only reason I gave 1 star is the amount of chemicals used for the lawn, including the dog area. Makes it difficult to find a spot for the dogs to go."
