"Three years ago I wrote this review. "I moved in three months ago and I'm really enjoying the experience so far. My neighbors are friendly, and my place was just remodeled. Greenbrook Apartments include garage disposals, dish washers, a full stove and microwave, a fully-functioning refrigerator and freezer, a bathtub (rather than just a shower), a AC unit and lots and I mean LOTS of cabinet space. There's coin-operated laundry downstairs (the unsubsidized laundry has cards) and a storage area to put your stuff. Besides that there is wide open spaces and private parking. The location is GREAT: Konkel Park is literally your backyard. Rent is affordable whether you choose subsidized or not. It took them four months to find a place for me, much sooner than the six months to a year average wait. Highly recommended!" Update: They added cards for all laundry machines, so no more using coins to do laundry anymore! I added pictures from when I first moved in to show you guys what a typical Greenbrook apartment looks like."
