"Worst experience ever!!! My Mother was in the memory care unit. Never anyone around on the floor, it was like walking into a morgue. Her care was unbelievably poor and resulted in many falls, ER visits and hospital stay. They let other memory care residents onto a floor they do not reside in and which resulted in this resident charge behind her and pushed her to the floor which resulted in a broken wrist with surgery needed. Plate and 8 screws resulted from that push! Few days later she’s found bleeding from her head which resulted in staples. Very poor care no room checks or rarely were done. Closet door falling on her the list goes on!! It may look very nice but the care is not what you’d expect for your loved one. The amount of money each month to the care given I would not recommend Deer Crest to anyone!!"
