"They are very cheaply built apartments, in my opinion. If you don't know what you're looking at, you'll think it's nice. Had a huge crack in my drywall they managed to do nothing about. It's probably still there. Not worth the money they want for them if you ask me. Also don't pay them any cash. They'll probably forget and charge you anyway. Find a local respectable landlord to rent from if you're gonna spend that kind of money. Can't imagine their townhouses are any better. I've heard horror stories about them as well."

"Park Place Apartments in Red Wing are beautiful and a great place to move to. Very clean, friendly staff, and offer great amenities. We just moved in and found our move easy with the use of their bell carts and large elevator that can fit some big furniture in it. Love our experience so far!"
