"Not kid-friendly at all! Terrible reception staff. We stayed here for a hockey tournament with a hockey team (children 11-12 years old) and they were not even allowed to leave the room without being accompanied by their parents! I understand the rules about not making noise, running or playing hockey in the corridors, but why isn’t it allowed to even just sit in the lobby on the designated sofas? We were told that we were not just ordinary guests, but a hockey team and they had printed special rules for us. What is this? Are our children somehow different, special, bad? The woman at the reception was very rude, screaming at the children and threatening to throw them out of the hotel. The children were afraid to even leave their room and the our hockey tournament was ruined."

"I have not been impressed by a hotel in A long time. My experience at this one. Was beyond expectation. Absolutely great Service and clean and friendly atmosphere. Plus, They have the best twist on a hotel breakfast. I don't know if anyone else does this, but they have a make your own omelet bar. The only thing that they are missing is a gym."
