"Jennifer Cook is the property manager and put simply is a liar and abusive and her boss Kurt enables her to lie and hurt at risk people. The city council has no idea how bad HRA is run . There are good people there but not Jennifer Cook who is a liar and her boss Kurt who supports her."
"I have nothing negative to say. The office staff is great and so is the maintenance staff. I love my apartment."
"I think the Jordan Towers is a great place to live. They are clean and safe. I really enjoy living here. HRA has a great and friendly staff as well!"
"A wonderful place to live. A friend of mine lives there and loves it. We come to visit often and are impressed. The staff is very helpful when contacted about any issues according to our friend. She plans on staying there as long as she can."
"In recent months there have been a lot of younger adults moving in what was once senior living. The safety of the seniors is now threatened. On my most recent visit to family there were two young adults in the entry way sitting on the benches. They both stated they resided there. I am a former US Marine, and I noticed immediately that one of them was trying to conceal a boot knife that had been visible when we first walked in. What is the idea of allowing this to happen to these elderly people that were living there prior to it becoming a slum project for low income?"
