"Was a great place when I lived there, and that was right up until they did all the renovating. Most of the staff is very friendly, the grounds are kept very neat, the buildings are all secure and everything is on camera (I've actually seen the cameras in action. They all work or have worked). Only real complaint is the person in charge when I was there was very discriminatory and tried their hardest to get long time residents from before their time there kicked out for bizarre reasons, almost as if they didn't understand Maple Hills isn't intended for the rich and famous. All in all I'd live there again if literally anyone else got put in charge."
"Do not apply here unless you have your own security camera. The cameras here are a false sense of security. When asked to look for a thief they will not look, even when it's under their nose and on camera. You must do your own detective work. Your property gets damaged, tires rocks in the driveway kids unsupervised. Don't move or apply here. Look elsewhere."
