"I recently rented at Villa Parks in La Mesa for two years, and was extremely happy with my choice. The property manager, Kelly, was awesome. She was always available and attentive to any issues or concerns (rarely had any by the way). She was always very efficient in providing notices in advance, and did the best job making accommodations possible. I am grateful for being able stay here, and hope the next tenant experiences the same! Great location to all of SD, had a parking spot, and the neighborhood was peaceful."

I would definitely recommed staying at Villa Parks because in our 5 years of renting we never had any issue. Maintenance was immediate and upto date, the property is extremely clean and maintained exceptionally. Our property manager was always kind and quick to solve any issues satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this property because there are many properties without the best of services. If you get a chance to rent an apartment at this residence. Quickly snatch it because you wont regret it. Our onebedroom apartment was wonderful and well maintained, bright and lots of hot water. Our neighbours were quiet and cordial at all times. I honestly cant think of any issue to complain about. Thanks for making our stay in California that much better. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation over the last 5 years. "Tried to apply for an apartment here, the lady working at the leasing office was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone. She kept talking over me, not giving me straight answers, and literally said I was untrustworthy because I still had a different states ID. She seemed very judgemental when I tried to explain my spotty rental history. I really hope she doesn't treat all residents like that."
