"The apartment is alright. But the maintenance isn't good. My dishwasher is clogged for the 4th time in 3 months. It's now getting clogged after 2 washes. The team is cutting cost by not having anyone in leasing office during working hours and a maintenance that is not on standby and ready to fix on same day. Please consider other apartments when renting Update - while the maintenance took some additional time, my dishwasher was replaced which had no issues. Upgrading rating Update #2 - shower plug isn't working. It's cold and I can't take a shower. Maintenence team said it doesn't qualify as emergency. Downgraded rating"

"the apartment itself is okay. Don't bother having any sort of maintenance they take months to respond, or you contact them numerous times for them to respond "we'll be on it!" for you not to hear anything back for days, weeks, or months at a time. I've had a hanging tree over my balcony for 5 month's, and no response from any one then to finally message them again after 2 months they decided they were going to wait until further notice because it wasn't in a budget???? The office is never open, nor do they respond to anything, and if they do it's usually the same response which isn't useful. Our sink's been clogged since we moved in (its been 2 years btw), yet that hasn't been fixed either :D - Also, we constantly have people digging through our trash bins, homeless people or someone in his car driving up at 5am to get trash from the bins. Yet nothing is ever done about that either, which makes a uncomfortable living situation as well. Its a literal headache living here, honestly just avoid the virtual tour."

"Currently live here and feel like they just care about the money. Leasing agents and management team does not care about your well-being at all. Homeless people are constantly rummaging through the dumpsters because they are not fenced off or gated. Clothes get stolen from the laundry rooms often by other tenants or homeless people. The laundry room has a key door however no one ever closes it. if it is closed, people break the screen in the window and reach in to open the door. I went to start a load of laundry and a homeless man was washing himself in the small sink in the laundry room. Look at other apartments in the area and don’t move here. Also if you want to pay your rent electronically they charge a $75 “ convenience” fee on top of the $2500- $3000 your already paying in rent. If you do move here, get a unit with washer/dryers in unit and pay your rent using checks or cash."

"Do not live here. Even if you are thinking of going for a tour here don't waste your time. I scheduled a tour here and it was confirmed by their leasing team which is off-site. I showed up and did the check in via the qr code on the office window which tells me there is nothing available to view. Not sure why they confirmed my appointment to be honest. So I continue to call their number listed online to be told there is nothing they can do and I'm given another number. Called many different people now and everyone has been useless. Huge waste of my time. If there is nothing to view here the respectful thing to do is to cancel my appointment and not just expect me to show up and figure it out myself by digging online for phone numbers. Extremely unprofessional. I can't imagine how it would be living here if something went wrong and you needed help. Finally I was able to get a hold of someone over text who said they have nothing but I can check out the amenities. Obviously didn't waste my time on that."

"Birch Creek is a wonderful apartment community! I have lived here for over a year and can attest to the quality and value of this apartment complex. My favorite part about this place is the greenery, impeccably maintained throughout the year and attracts squirrels, ducks and various birds which you can hear chirping during the day. The trees are beautiful and there’s a creek that flows through the property. The apartments themselves are designed and constructed well. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room is incredibly spacious and the bedrooms are quite a nice size as well. Each apartment also comes with a fairly large balcony. The only downside is the apartments do not have air conditioning, only heating - so expect to need a portable air conditioner or the like during the summer months. In terms of management, I have been pleased with the quality of service and level of responsiveness to any concerns. Maintenance requests can be conveniently submitted through a mobile app, and are addressed pretty quickly. Overall, this is a great place to live. I am posting this review because all the negatives ones almost stopped me from living here!"
