"We stayed here for 14 months and it’s been really pleasant. The community is safe, clean and quiet, very dog friendly as you have dog park nearby and a nice neighborhood to walk your dog. We didn’t have any accidents like lost parcels or car break in. The leasing office was helpful and responsive, and all my maintenance requests were handled timely. Our move-out charge is reasonable. Only reason we no longer live here is probably the price. Would recommend to anyone who has enough budget."

"BE CAREFUL with the MOVE OUT policy and the ridiculous charges on cleaning and full wall painting!!! They will charge $250 for cleaning and $800+ for painting (they may “kindly” give a prorated painting fee of $550+ based on the length of your stay), no matter how good the conditions of the rooms you have maintained. It is just their regular practices on every tenant when move out. Very bad experience!! The office won’t respond and provide any justifications on the painting charges, even the pictures they provided just indicating some minor normal wear and tear."

"The grounds are beautiful and they have nice apartments. For a Greystar property, They have really paid attention to detail and quality. The only issue I had is the leasing agent didn't show up for our appointment we had set. I waited in the lobby for nearly an hour before she finally showed up, which set me back for the day with my other appointments. That was part of the reason I ended up choosing a different apartment home. I may consider this place again in the future."

"Really a lovely place!!! Revela is a very new community (2019?) and all facilities: gym, pool, unit, BBQ are in excellent condition. It is a bit distant from groceries but you get very quiet neighborhood, little traffic, excellent walking around. The management team is the best I've experienced: very friendly, always willing to help. During Covid I had to WFH, went to the study room to try the public printer, the office manager offered to use her printer for me right away; first week moved in, I locked myself out in the night, called the afterhour # they showed up in 7 minutes!... They do a great job to keep the place clean and safe. If I could I would live there forever."
