They have a very good bank statement, and me as a cosigner, I have a very high credit score as a government employee with a high income. However, the manager refused to rent to this nice family. I tried to discuss the matter with her, but she was very rude on the phone and refused to discuss it. I even offered to add my wife as a second cosigner, but she hung up the phone. I believe that this manager does not deserve her position due to her bad attitude."

"This review is for Kim Patterson, the manager for Rosemeade apartments. Kim is very friendly and we truly enjoyed living at Rosemeade. Their apartments are very spacious and welcoming. The pools were always clean and maintained. Neighbors were all respectful and quiet. Maintenance were very helpful and got things taken care of ASAP. If it wasn’t for my family purchasing a home, we’d still be living there. 10/10 would recommend Rosemeade apartments. It was the safest and nicest apartment I have ever lived in."

"I'm writing a Five Star review for Rosemeade at Olympus Pointe Apartment homes because that is the service you will receive from the leasing agents to the maintenance staff. I'm a returning renter and I could have chosen other places but my initial stay of four years was so great I decided to return when another rental wasn't to my standards. The savings wasn't worth the headache at the other place. I love how the staff treats the tenants like family. The grounds are kept extremely clean!! Maintenance responds in a better than reasonable time. Security is seen on the patrol. The units all have full size washer/dryers as well as a free garage at no additional cost."

Management is on top of it with heir service and always someone in the office to speak with if its slow on the phone. Also what other Apartment Complex has a 24/7 Sauna on tap! Amazing Gym for late night workouts, a racketball court."
