Vineyard Gate Apartments

"Wow how my initial review was so wrong. Before i go on, look up the lawsuits for fpi management .. how are they capable of half of those things..this place is utterly a nightmare.. tenets going to bathroom in pool and not notifying anyone.. not taking any measures to shut down and clean. The hell it's been since the first month... of dealing with spring break year round.. loud massive fights.. trash all over the place and I mean all over.. security gates don't work .. hours and hours of documentation of nightmare after nightmare.. they don't provide security... I can't believe something so magical of moving into this place can be such a nightmare so quick. I feel dooped.. it's heart breaking to realize.. counting down the days until we move out... months of documentation and trying to be positive is doesn't work.. I can't even watch TV at night without loud music and screaming parties.. God help me.. I will be pursuing a formal complaint when we move out.. this is just horrible"

"Me and my wife lived here for 13 months(1lease) and overall the place was very nice. The condition of the appliances and cabinets, etc were very well put together, and at the time while we were there office management was very nice. Anytime you put in a request for maintenance they would come very fast. I even put in a request at midnight once and they knocked on my door at 8am. Overall very satisfied. However there is one major issue that the entire complex has, and that’s cockroaches. Starting in the warmer seasons, we had non stop cockroaches with killing at least one a day, finding them in our bed, even crawling on us at night. My wife was very sick for some of the time while here and bed ridden so I had to keep everything practically hospital level of clean and we still had them. Also, near the end of our lease, more issues with crime started happening especially when it came to the public shared spaces, with large groups of 20+ taking over the entire pool and grill area, with drinking and smoking weed in and around the pool and spa area. Also had a camera on my patio and once had someone peeking over my wall and looking at the things I had on my patio, so people are looking to steal. Other than the cockroaches and other residents, the place was great."

"Can I just say that these are the most nicest management team I’ve ever spoke with while on my apartment search journey. From the time they called me back to the time we moved in was the most pleasant experience ever. And the apartments are so adorable! The patio, the flooring, the wide space, the kitchen, everything’s modern style, and even the neighbors are friendly. We are so excited to call this place our new home. Thank you God!"

"I love living at vineyard gate apartments. I’ve been living here for about 10 years. Maintenance has seen my little children grow up. They are always nice and friendly. I really enjoy bumping into them and talking them. Thank you Kevin, Jeff, Tyler, and Greg. I love my spacious floor plan. Nice size patio. I work in property management and I can say this complex does alot of stuff for their residents. They give out free school supplies to the children of the complex. They have had food trucks come to the property. Free turkey on thanksgiving etc. My children have won gift cards for coloring contest to toy stores. I won $100 gift card for Valentine’s Day to sienna restaurant. I’ve made friends with some of my neighbors. I can say I’m pretty happy living here. I hope to one day buy a house but in the meantime I enjoy living here!"

"I never had a bad experience in the year I lived here. Management was always super helpful, neighbors were nice, quiet, and the complex is clean! Their apartments are all updated and look brand new. I loved it here and would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for an apartment, I even had friends who liked my apartment so much they decided to move here. I thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Vineyard Gate! Melissa in the office made moving out and the process super easy. Thank you Vineyard Gate!!"
