"Great hotel, room has a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast had a nice variety of food, and the ice bucket was inside the room. The ice machines are on every floor. TV was working great. King size bed, very comfortable."
"Sweet effin' Caroline. Whoever is cleaning and okaying these rooms must really hate people. The first room had tons of hair and a dead bug on the mattress, and the second room the gave us had an actual hot piss stain on the mattress. Someone that worked here saw that, put some sheets on it, and knew another human might lay down on it without checking. That's another level of evil I haven't quite experienced yet, but thanks Hilton... Anyway, the person at the front was as accommodating as possible. It wasn't her fault. But whoever cleans and signs off on the rooms should be ashamed of themselves. They know what they did. That's disturbing. The room we ended up in has a filthy shower, but I don't care, my dogs and I need rest. This sucks, but we're stuck here."
"We love this hotel and its location. Very clean and convenient since it’s nearby restaurants and shops. There’s free charge on our Tesla car rental so we saved money! Juliana was very informative and very pleasant. She made us feel special for being a Hilton Honor member!"
