"Left 100$ electric razor. No call to let me know. When I did call. They have no time to look in lost and found and said it was thrown away. Very noisy. And upkeep was not done. Property and I HAD to let them know. About. Issues."

"Had high hopes , but after a very long trip walking into a lobby at 11pm where you are not only NOT greeted , but spoken to extremely rude . NEVER AGAIN. Didn’t get his name but chunky Asian guy right at the front desk , what a depreciating asset to the hotel. He charged me after I had already paid for the room, then tried to “blame” me for not letting him know the room was already paid for. When asked when will I be refunded He said “Eventually one day you will” . Then threw the room key on the counter and said “don’t destroy the room”. That’s it. I literally stood there , like no way he has this demeanor . And room was not clean ."

"I stayed here for two nights. Great price and location for the area! Better than average free breakfast. Room was semi clean (floor was swept but definitely hadn't been mopped in some time, stain on bedsheet). I had an end room and was so close to the I80 my bed shook every time a semi drove by. Paid extra for a larger jetted tube which didn't work and there was no way to plug the drain. Staff was polite. As others have mentioned, many people staying at the hotel were sketchy looking. However, no one bothered me. It looks like this hotel either houses homeless people or just folks that need a place short term. Definitely had a.. I'm living here vs I'm staying here vibe. I would not recommend this hotel for kids or people who are vulnerable. In hindsight, I regretted being so cheap and should have spent more for a nicer hotel."

"The location and service was fine. However, the bed was broke on one side where it swooped way down. The size of the room was great, very roomy and clean. You can hear doors slamming and people "stomping" upstairs throughout the night. You can also hear the shower in the room next door. The walls and floors are definitely thin and not sound proof."

"This would be a decent place to stay if I did NOT want to take a shower. It was either ice cold or very uncomfortably hot. Turning it off was a nightmare of micrometer adjustments to get the handle into the exact right position to not drip. And out of soap. Soap being those opaque wall mounted squeeze bottles in the shower. Nothing at the sink. Room is clean, no bugs, fridge seems fine, staff was pleasant. Table with 2 chairs was nice. Stayed in room 26X which is away from highway, quiet. Nepal restaurant next door is fantastic, loved the goat korma. (Update girlfriend said shower was still dripping a bit, she made it stop by turning it all the way to the left, unlike most others of its type and contrary to front desk instructions to "just play with it, yes its the center")"
