"Filthy 40yr old carpet, cheap/ wornout/ VERY old mattress w/ actual spring poking out on side-edge,& stained. Unsafe bathroom wndw w/flimsy latch faces dark alleyway. Cockroaches in the rm, tiniest of showers where the plastic curtain is ripped. Nosey-controlling mngr Ron. No housekeeping while you're there,& they inspect to ensure you the customer does it biweekly themselves. Nine 6'6" prkng spaces, not up to code,& everybody's banging their cardoors into the side of your's. Setup for confrontation between"
"Management Professional and Friendly. Price is very reasonable. Ambience of the Motel is Laid Back and Quiet. Tenants are Friendly and Welcoming. Motel is literally Across from the Historic Downtown Roseville, close to good restaurants , coffee shops and for evenings Bars and Dancing are open. I recommend TOWN HOUSE MOTEL. As a tenant I am Grateful and Honored to have Lived in a rare Vintage Motel."
"This is one of the best kept secrets in the local area for an extended stay hotel housing on a dime. Older hotel type rooms rented by the week or month. TIPS: pay ontime in cash, lock up everything, and only keep bare minimals in your room."
