"The front desk clerk was courteous professional and kind, and worked quickly to address any concerns the guest had with the room (121), and was prompt in supplying the kitchen set that was needed.. The room itself had a few issues that maintenance should look into: the bathroom light wouldn't turn on, only blinking once every 3-5 seconds; not sure if it was a bad light tube or a bad connection with the fixture itself. The TV cable was found to be poorly attached to the wall outlet, and upon further investigation the outlet had been knocked loose from its anchorage, though with the storm the WiFi connection was too poor to have a TV signal anyway. The shower worked beautifully, plenty of hot water, and guest felt so comfortable in the room and on the bed that they fell asleep almost immediately. Great place to stay, fluctuating creature comforts aside. The location is easy to find and I highly recommend more people should make a visit."

"Great location: stores, eateries and gas nearby. Friendly service, got quickly checked in and got cookware fast. Room has full kitchen and full sized fridge. Clean and neat room, soft bed, all basic amenities."

"Rooms are in shambles. Curtains with many holes, rips in the furniture, water staining on the ceiling. Thin blankets on beds in winter. Stiff pillows. Microwave from 1998. Rooms do not come with dishes, you have to go down to the front desk. Asked for pots and pans every day, never got any. Kinda ruins the point of saving some money by cooking if you can't cook. No one is ever at the front desk, only 1 person per shift and they are always busy away from the desk. I will not be staying with this brand again after this experience."

"There are several problems with this hotel: 1) I paid for 2 weeks and only got a towel change once-they never cleaned the room. When I complained to the front desk I was told they won't change bedding if you have any personal items on the bed, or clean anything if there's anything around it, even the sink and toilet! This is really lame. They didn't even sweep the floor. I was paying almost a $100 a night. #2) things don't work. One of the burners on the stove did not work and the doors on the 2 ends of the building will not allow entrance because the card key devices are broken. Also, I've asked about a luggage rack - they say it's waiting for a part. These are not new repair items- I started staying here a couple months ago and have now been told these stories several times. They don't want to fix or maintain anything."
