"Reserved a king studio and was given a king suit. 35$ fee to upgrade to the studio that I already paid for. Both televisions in the room were missing the hdmi cord for proper operation. Asked the front desk and they recommended me to go buy my own so I could watch television. Bathroom had hair from a male shaving and a females hair in the shower. We have stayed here many times previously and this time was a true let down"

"I'm staying here tonight as I write this at 6 am. The reason I'm awake, the noise. The traffic I get, there isn't much to be done about that and ear plugs can help there. So what woke me up? The sounds of whatever system, water or generator or something, that makes it sound like someone is using a hydraulic press in my room. It's in the walls, it's louder than my car by a fair margin, and it's intermittent. Sound goes on for about 5 seconds or so and repeats at random intervals averaging about 1 a minute or so. If I had to guess, I'd say it's possibly the worst water hammer noise in the pipes I've ever heard. Could be something else, not sure. It's happened 3 times in time it took me to write this."

"While by no means a new place, the hotel is kept very nice and the rooms are quite spacious. The staff service is what stands out from the time of arrival to even after departure. We left in such a hurry, we forgot items. Duhhhh. They called us upon discovery of them, but we were already hours away. They offered to help and gave us instructions of how to arrange FedEx pick up at the hotel. Upon us making such arrangements with FedEx, the staff politely took our calls to alert them of the pick up wherein they made sure all items were packaged and eventually delivered to our home. Thanks again to Vicki at Customer Services and the desk staff for being so helpful! We'll be sure to stay again there when in the area."

"My stay was perfect. The staff was kind, uplifting and accommodating. I called ahead to see if an early check in was available, they called me as soon as a room was ready. The breakfast sign up was simple and generous... The waffles were crazy good. Calyb made check out smooth and began my travel home on a great foot."

"Great experience all around. It’s worth the price. A full night of quality sleep, plenty of space, all the amenities you could need, clean room, dog areas to walk and go potty. Has pet station poo bags/trash too. Lovely staff also. The outside is very nice looking too. What an amazing city. Highly recommend! Best times to explore are morning then evening."
