"This complex has changed hands a few times since we've moved in a handful of years ago. It is a small, gated community with a very "homey" feel. It's a place where you know you're neighbors. The current management and staff are super helpful and professional. There has been some changes but for the better. The absolutle best thing in our opinion is their welcoming nature to family pets of all sizes. This community even offers a small part of the back of the property for the dogs. It's location is perfectly placed with stores, restaurants, and highway access. We love living here."

"I love this place. You don’t have to live in a dump just because you have dogs. Coyle creek always looks nice outside, the attention to detail in the maintenance is great and the inside of the apartments are updated. Granite countertops, beautiful flooring and a washer and dryer inside your unit. It’s a small complex so you aren’t just a number to the manager. For the dogs there is a dog park, a dog wash, and there are discreet poop bag dispensers all over that people actually use. Safeway (with an Amazon locker) is right down the street and so is Dutch Bros."

"My family and I have lived here for a few years now and we love it. When we 1st moved in my daughter had extensive surgery and manager was so ever helpful in installing shower rails for my daughter. I am so ever greatful. Coyle creek commons has gone through some changes, but always for the better and for its residents. Management responds quickly and respectfully. Maintenance tends to all requests conveniently and expertly. The apartment grounds are always cleaned and well taken care of. I truly admire that Coyle creek commons is setting the standard for letting dogs live in home with us. Many other places are extremely restrictive, but Coyle creek commons leads the charge in welcoming our four-legged family members to move in with us. This place is great! Thank you."

"i have lived here for almost four years. The people in the community are nice and friendly. over the last year the property had been bought from PMI to montecito peak investors and it has been nothing but hell from there. I have had a few issues since then with my apartment and trying to get ahold of anyone in the office since they are only open tuesday-friday 1:30-5:00pm !!!! meanwhile ive been without my fridge for three days because i cant get ahold of anyone losing $400.00 in Groceries!!!!!!!!!!! the current management is beyond frustrating trying to communicate with. if I could give Zero stars i would"
