San Juan Hills

"I've been living here since June 2019 and it's one of the best apartment experiences I've had. Leslie, the community manager, is always present and easy to approach regarding questions or maintenance issues. I've had very few issues and when they have come up her and the staff have always been friendly & quick to fix any problems. The grounds are quite and I've never had concerns with safety. The only downsides are that no pets are allowed and the windows are not double pane. I understand that having no pets allows to keep the grounds quite but it's one of the reasons why it can be harder to have friends or family from out of town visit if they have a dog. The double pane windows would be a nice benefit during the warmer and colder days throughout the year. Keeping AC or heat in the apartment would be more efficient. It would also keep any outside noise levels down too. Lastly, I greatly appreciate that Leslie and Ray Stone Apartment company haven't raised rent amounts since I've lived here. The last few years with the pandemic not all apartments have done this. I'm thankful for this and thinking about everything going on right now with higher prices/cost of living these days it's great that they factor everything in."

"I cannot speak highly enough about my time living at San Juan Hills Apartments. This community is quiet, very well maintained, and centrally located to pretty much anywhere in the greater Sacramento area. The community manager, Leslie, is a gem. She was not only a friendly face to see around the property, but always quick to respond to any communication. Maintenance issues were infrequent, yet when they came up, they were always taken care of quickly. The community itself is very peaceful and safe. Neighbors respect each other and generally all strive to maintain a friendly, cordial vibe. Residents are a mix of young professionals, retired folks, and a few families with children. It’s a sweet place to call home, and even though I’m thrilled to be a homeowner now, I will miss it."

"I have lived at San Juan Hills for a little over 2-1/2 Years, and it has always been a really quiet, beautiful little spot. Any issues that I have had, like when my dishwasher was having problems draining and started overflowing, the manager got someone to take care of it right away and its still working great! Overall, this has been a great home."

"Best Apartment I have ever had the opportunity of renting. The community manager is very nice and available through e-mail. She really helped me when I was in a pickle from locking my car/house keys inside my car. The pool, landscaping and tennis court make San Juan Hills feel like resort living. The 24 hour laundry facility keeps life convenient and hassle free. Thank you San Juan Hills for providing a safe, clean, friendly and quite home sweet home."

The manager Leslie is very attentive to details and she strives hard to provide a wonderful living environment, I am her pest control technician and from personal experience with her I have seen that she takes care of any important matters that need attention in a timely manner!"
