"I moved in here last January. This experience to date has been nothing short of fantastic. I am thankful for, and proud of, my apartment. This place is awesome. It's in a beautiful location, the grounds are gorgeous (we have fruit trees, flowers, fountains all over the property), and most importantly: THE APARTMENTS ARE NEARLY COMPLETELY SOUND PROOF. You will not hear your neighbors. You won't hear talking, babies crying, nighttime fun...nothing. That in itself is worth five stars when it comes to apartment living. Fun highlights of living here include: - TONS of windows in the apartments so you don't have that "living in a cave" feeling when you're on the first floor - Central heat/air with dual pane glass so your apartment stays cool in the summer and cozy in the winter (my place also has a fully functioning wood burning fireplace and its AWESOME) - A BEAUTIFUL pool and spa area (like a luxury hotel - no joke it even has gas grills and a giant rock firepit feature) - Get this: A DOG SPA...no more trying to bathe your dog in the house or paying to take them to a groomer - the dog spa has professional equipment all for free... and along that vein, there are pet stations all over the property and they stock them with free doggy bags. This place takes "pet friendly" to a new level. - YOGA Retreat Room: a gorgeous yoga studio that anyone can use for free - Several bike storage rooms - A gym with free weights (not just machines, actual weights so you don't have to pay for a separate gym membership) - Basketball courts - An electronic package center with lockers of all sizes so your packages are super safe. Its all electronic and when you get a package it texts/emails you with a code to pick up. Leasing Process: The staff in the leasing office are amazing. I moved here from the Bay Area and they worked so hard to make it easy for me to get things done from afar. Don't listen to the reviews on here about staff being rude, they are not. Some people confuse direct with rude. They are professional, knowledgeable, kind, empathetic and caring. They make you feel very welcome in the office, they even have treats for puppies and coffee/tea for anyone that stops by. They are warm people that work hard to make this place a great place to live. Maintenance: The maintenance staff is incredible. These guys work their butts off around here. They respond so quickly, they do great work, and are really a pleasure to deal with. My washing machine transmission went out, I had a new unit in like two days. I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. Apartments: You're going to see pictures of scrapes on cabinets, popcorn ceilings, and yeah, the buildings are not brand new BUT, the apartments are lovely. They feel less like an apartment more like a duplex or even small home. They are so quiet, I cannot stress that enough. They are really nice. Its a rental folks, we aren't living in a brand new house so no its not perfect, but the staff here will fix anything you ask them to with a smile so I think units themselves are on the mark for value. Neighbors: People that live here are open, happy, and friendly. I have made so many friends. That being said, they also mind their own business, so I have yet to encounter a singer Karen/Ken on this property. Residents vary from single people (like me) to married couples of all ages, and families with children. People are respectful of each other here. Frankly, I'm not a huge fan of the noise that comes from kids and there are tons of families here BUT, these families are awesome! The kids are sweet, the parents are great and we have so much space that the kids can run and play and the single grouches like me barely have to see/hear them :). Safety: This is huge for me as a single woman living alone. I feel comfortable walking around this property at all times, day or night, alone. We are gated and safe. I have never had a single safety-related issue and I feel confident in saying that we are as safe as can be here. We have a courtesy patrol at night, and he is on it! I just love it here."
