"I was in a pinch to find an apartment complex within 30 days in early 2022 and these caught my eye due to the close proximity to the American River Bike Trail. It’s a quiet, gated complex that has security at night. Jocelyn (property manager) is extremely responsive and a genuine person who takes care of the residents. Maintenance is always quick to respond when an order is put in. As a single female, I never feel unsafe. It’s the perfect location and in walking distance of great restaurants, brew pubs, and the river. 10/10 recommend!"

"I used to live here for six years and it has been the nicest place to live! I may even come back one day! The river is right around the corner, the complex is quiet, the chicken park is so relaxing, and the manager Delilah is super helpful and friendly. I've had my fair share of apartments and this place has surpassed them all for sure!! Last addition, the schools in that district that my kids went to are some of the best schools in Sacramento!!
