"The apartments are good. But the equipment maintenance technician is a complete amateur. The garage door didn't work all summer. I asked for it to be fixed 3 times, but I had to fix it myself. The dryer broke down 2 weeks ago, he came and looked at it, I showed him that the button didn’t work, he said everything was ok. And so with all repairs, you have to fix it yourself."

"Wow. Well, where to begin… I’m not one of those people to leave such reviews but for the safety and well being of others I will leave a review. So we had a water damage to our apartment and 3 other adjacent units due to some pipe bursting. The incompetence of the Managment and maintenance leaves me speechless as a licenced professional. The picture below, it discovered by us weeks later and not by the Managment. We had to suffer with their constant (wrong) equipment checks while having a newborn for weeks. We paid move out fees per contract (even tho we were not using all of the apartment cause it took them weeks to get it done even after we moved out.) then I get my security deposit back and guess what, we were charged for freaking cleaning. Even tho apartment was cleaned up after we took all of our stuff. There is a lot more. Don’t let office personal friendliness fool you. Before you sign this is place all about taking care of you and your family and your apartment but when there are issues and not even your fault doesn’t seem like anyone really cares. I’m very upset and frustrated with the experience we had, while having newborn on hand dealing with all of this and moving. Then get simple sorry on the phone. Freaking cleaning fee. I can’t with these people. ZERO compassion and it’s not even my issue that their pipe burst."

"I’ve been here for 4 years and although there have been ups and downs with my experience during that time I can attest that things have been on the up. I love all of the updates to the new units (jealous for sure since I am in an older unit), landscape, pool area, gym and bark park. The maintenance team are so helpful and quick to respond to requests. Yes, the noise is not ideal but depending on where you live makes a difference. There can be challenges regarding neighbors, also it just depends where you live and who you live by. Do your homework on where your living before signing and obviously read your lease…but that goes for any apartment. It’s safe, a great starter apartment and close to everything. With that said, I would recommend this complex."
