"Avoid at all Cost!!!! just moved out of these apartments 52 and the unit had roaches, poor electric flow causing many electronics to short out. poor water pressure, Car Break-in, homeless were always going through trash. poor security, they upgraded all other apartments other than this complex always had a broken gate. constantly placed work orders to get things fixed such as heat and air conditioning, water heater, poor water pressure, stove/oven, always dealt with roaches. constantly had high school kids and druggies going to my neighbors. if your neighbor smokes weed there is no getting away from the smell as it gets into the apartment. last but not least to move out early they do charge a lease break fee to get out of there bad situation they created. of one months rent to cover your last months rent and an additional month rent. they will not work with you!!!! Avoid this place at all COST!!! they increased the notice of 30-Days to 45-Days! Apt. 52 was my unit!!!"

"Do yourself a favor and don’t rent here. The rent is CHEAP but you’re getting what you pay for. Currently they have a room up for rent in building D apartment 9 — this is ROACH INFESTED. They will not tell you that. They try to treat the apartment once every other week and will ask you to pack up your entire apartment (cupboards, closets, etc completely emptied) and vacate the apartment all day because pest controls comes anywhere from 10a-4p. This is ALWAYS on a weekday. If you try to opt out of this treatment there is a possibility of a fine. DO NOT RENT HEREEEEE. Seriously"

"Very nice and quite place. The only issue I have are the kids who run around and knock on our doors randomly and run away after ringing doorbell... I already talked with mom since then it stopped for me but not sure for others.. Overall though making payments are easy online never have to use a money order and I do not have any issues with security or anything at all.. Our group of neighbors play watch out with each others places and so forth so we monitor what goes on all the time just in case but really if you don't bother ppl they won't bother you to be honest.. Front staff is fine but they could use more help then what is there at the front for when people just need to ask questions and every time that I have went in there I had to wait a good long minute for a few questions when there is only 1 person at the desk helping someone who is just moving in."

"My apartment was broken into by the maintenance man & they did absolutely NOTHING ( he left the office set of keys on my apartment. My money orders were lost & I not only got penalized & served with an eviction notice but i also had to pay to trace tge money orders. My downatairs neighbor got mugged in the parking lot as well and they sis nothing.. The WORST experience of my life"

"Constant security issues. Cheaply made apartments. Everything falls apart. The office got robbed and all of the already turned in money orders got stolen and we were penalized for it. Rude and invasive staff. Overall bad experience."
