"I've been very happy with my stay at The Woods. The grounds are clean and safe. Gabriel in the office was extremely helpful and friendly. The move in process was fairly easy!"

"Had mold in my nieces room from a plumbing leak that took the maintenance guy forever to diagnose and fix. Very nasty staff they will find a go around when asked to fix something in the poorly renovated apartment. Instead of replacing the tub/shower they will use cheap paint to paint over them and will peel off a month and a half after, and charge you 700 dollars to “reglaze them” they dont care about you only care you make money off you. These cheap aparmtents are not worth it."

"If I can I would give a 0 stars I will. Terrible communication, my apartment flooded and it took them months to take care of it and after that they failed to properly take care of the damage the flood made I had mold in the closet. Took them very long to get back to me when I requested a repair. Unprofessional work ethic from the staff. I would not lease an apartment here!"

"This is an edit to a previous review. When I moved out, I was charged around $500 for carpet cleaning after we left, I thought it was high since we left the place the same as we found it but I just wrote it off and was still satisfied with my experience at that point. Two weeks later I get a corrected disposition in the mail for another $340 that they were asking for for a duplicate cleaning charge and then they decided the carpet just needed to be replaced. My partner called the apartment complex, spoke with Gabriel. He adjusted the fee down to $164 due to the duplicate charge but we are still responsible for the replacement carpet that per the invoice, had been in the apartment for some 45 months or 3.75 years. For perspective, we only lived here for year and the carpet had MANY stains when we first moved in so truly it should have been replaced BEFORE we moved in.) So in total, this place took nearly $700 ON TOP of their overpriced units. I recommend you look for another place to live, there's plenty of reasonably prices duplexes in the area that would be better than this place was. I will never rent an FPI property again and will tell everyone I know this was a bad experience."
