"I have been living at these apartments for a year now and I have to say I could not be happier with my decision to move here. The current management (Amber/Cindy) are the nicest and most caring individuals I have ever dealt with since moving to California. These ladies truly care about the residents that live here. Since being a resident, I know with certainty that if an issue arises, and I bring this to their attention they will truly listen to my concerns and correct the problem as soon as possible. These ladies have also been improving the living area, amenities, and apartments themselves. I plan on renewing my lease next month. "Overall, a decent place to live. I had a small studio apartment that had outdated amenities, but it was well-kept and the unit was spotless upon move in. The leasing office and Community Manager are attentive and respectful. I cleaned the unit as best as I could and received most of my deposit back, which I found reasonable and to be expected. The surrounding area is not all that nice, but you are RIGHT next to freeway entrances and on the boarder of Roseville, so that was a plus. The only con which is pretty major is the cockroach problem, the office is aware of this and will come out immediately to treat the concern. I work in Property Management, and there is not much that can be done about insects other than treat, treat, and treat again. Most of the roaches that were in my unit were already dead, which means they come from deeper in the ground, so will not cause much of a concern other than just being startling. Another slight complaint is that the parking spaces were quite far from your actual unit. I lived alone and found it a little unsettling having to walk that far to my apartment, but this wasn't a deal breaker. The laundry room has a lot of units and never had an issue with it being too busy. The pool was kept clean and the landscaping was always nice and pleasant. Overall, good place at a good location, could use some updated appliances though :)"
