"Lived here some years ago and it still lives in my brain as the worst management. They entered my dwelling for a pre move out and left all the lights, AC, stove and oven on. My dog was terrified and I had no notice. They said they posted it to the door 48 hours previous but I never saw it and left my unit daily. It should have been a call to schedule, an email then the paper document. I also left behind a couple of photos. Instead of calling me, the residing tenant, they called my mom and talked poorly about me. There was no safety precautions and limited staff."

"I'm only there to help a friend 2 times a week and they tenants are super nice. I was able to meet one of the office staff and she seemed very nice also. My friend has nothing but good things to say about her. Place is kept up, pool is always clean and maintenance comes fairly fast when you put a service order, as well as polite."

"This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star, but I guess. Let me start off by saying the management doesn't give a straight up answer yes or no, there's got to be a pointless tangent and explanation, which is a waste of time. 2nd, they had told us the app fee was waived and turned around and said we have to pay it, and provide a $100 money order. Before even running anything across "the system" they use, the provided us with we move in statement, rent schedule, and access to the portal for the rent and other amenities. They gave us false hope and excitement THINKING we will be moving in, until they denied us. Just collected money from us. Another thing is that they told us rent would be $2,150 but on the false move in statement said $1,895, the consistency is not there with the management. Your gaureented a headache here, good luck."

"They give mix signals to all applicants we get access to the rental portal we could move in dates we get amounts to move-in we’d leave deposits we pay credit check fees that we were told that were waived but they weren’t we get tons of emails welcoming us to the community then two days later we get a call sorry , after they’ve collected money from us. I should’ve read all the reviews below before even bothering to drive 45 minutes to apply. They have an office person who seems clueless who has no idea of how to process or receive applications we’ve gave all of our private and personal information to them and it was all a waste of time seems like they just wanted to collect the fees and then, once I got the money, they turned us down beware!"

"Been here for 2 months. Great place to live if you enjoy the sounds of women screaming from domestic abuse, cockroaches, drywall falling off from rot, doors installed backwards, doors falling off the hinges from rot, plumbing not securely fastened. Oh or your vehicle being broken into. Fun fun. Maintenance is clearly top notch."
