Reviews of Oaks At Arcade Creek
"Good access for sacrt, plus the Sylvan oaks library, so great part of citrus heights and the complex is immaculate."
"Overall, if I've ever lived anywhere, this has to be it. I get along well with my neighbors because of how kind they are and how little and charming my neighborhood is. Our autos and outside patio furniture have likewise never given us any problems. Finally, this location is pet-friendly as they accept many different varieties of dogs and cats, including our orange tabby. All in all, "The Oaks at Arcade Creek" is definitely worth checking out if you're seeking for a peaceful, secure, and lovely place to call home! Ask for Kristin, who will be more than pleased to address all of your inquiries! I give it a flawless five stars!"
"Ever since moving to the Sacramento vicinity (from the Bay Area) back in 2001, I have resided at quite a few different areas which include the city of Sacramento, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, Antelope, Natomas, and Elk Grove. Out of all these places, my lady and I came across "The Oaks at Arcade Creek" (in Citrus Heights) while officially calling it our home since April 2016. I had first seen these apartments back in December 2015 and was put on a waiting list for several months before finally moving all our stuff inside. One of the primary reasons why my lady and I moved here is the close proximity to our employers (my job is in Roseville while hers is near Sacramento State). Another reason that drew us here is the abundance of shopping (Wal-Mart, Costco, Dollar Tree, Grocery Outlet, & Safeway) ALL within a 2-mile radius. And finally, there are plenty of fast food places as well; (McDonald's, Taco Bell, & Jack in the Box) only a couple blocks away! Now onto the apartment itself! The Oaks at Arcade Creek is nestled directly on Auburn Blvd. (and in between Greenback Lane & Van Maren Drive). It is only a 48-unit complex that offers 24 units of their 1-bedrooms and 24 units of their 2-bedrooms, respectively. We currently reside in an upgraded 2-bedroom, 2-bath downstairs unit. Some of the apartment features they offer is a full-size washer/dryer, granite counter tops (in the kitchen & both bathrooms), gas fireplace, crown molding, dark wooden cabinetry, central heat & air, khaki-colored accent walls throughout, oversize patios, walk-in closet (in the master bedroom), and high end kitchen/bathroom faucets. The exterior of the apartment offers a beautiful and relaxing swimming pool complete with about 8 chaise lounge chairs, a whirlpool spa, a circular table for outdoor eating, two oversize umbrellas to block the sun, men's & women's restrooms, and a shower. You will also find a car wash area, guest parking, and beautiful landscaping with an abundance of trees and flowers. Finally, there are trash & cardboard recycling bins as well as mailboxes that are adjacent to the leasing office. I do have to say, the apartment manager, Kristin has been absolutely helpful with everything since day one. Ever since moving here, we have had minor maintenance issues come up including a loose towel rack, inoperative garbage disposal, and most recently, water build-up around the shower head area. All of these issues got resolved with her maintenance team in a very quick and timely manner. Many other places I've resided at can take weeks or even months for an issue to be resolved. Overall, this has to be one of (if not) the best apartments I've ever lived in. My neighbors are very polite and with this place being small and quaint, you get to know them very well. We have also never had any issues with our cars as well as our outdoor patio furniture. And finally, this place is pet-friendly as they do allow cats (which we have our orange tabby) and many breeds of dogs. All in all, if you're looking for a quiet, safe, and beautiful place to call home, "The Oaks at Arcade Creek" is definitely worth checking out! Ask for Kristin and she will be happy to answer all your questions! My rating, a perfect five stars!"
"I got evicted two years ago for asking the manager, Kristin Miller, to talk to the my neighbor across the way to stop slamming their front door so hard that it knocked pictures off my wall...AFTER I put up with nine months of retaliation from same neighbors for voicing concerns about their belongings blocking a shared outdoor staircase with me and I almost fell and same neighbors leaving household trash on doorstep days at a time. I got a 60-day notice for talking about these things with management...turns out neighbors were good friends with management and is her hairdresser of which neighbor does hair out of her apartment...management does nothing...if Kristin is still the manger DO NOT MOVE HERE...she will evict you FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...if she sees fit...I even called the owner, they did not return my call! DO NOT DO IT YOU WILL BE SORRY‼️"
"I received an eviction notice for asking management to inspect/remove wasps in the master bedroom walls (apt 410). The unit had an issue with wasps in the little attic which was taken care of, but when I asked to take care of the issue in the walls, an eviction notice was given. I lived there for 4 years and each summer the wasps got louder. I am still in shock till this day that I was evicted the middle of winter while 6 months pregnant. Be careful what you ask maintenance to fix as they act nice about it but then throw it in your face when you take them to court. I also got charged two days rent after I returned my keys. Beautiful and spacious apartments, but the management is not as caring as they seem."
