"The TRASH AERAS In this complex is the Filthiest I have ever seen in over 6 Apartments I have lived in over 40 years. ALSO The management is of NO HELP. THAT IS If you can find her in the office. She doesn't answer the phone AND may not get back to you if you leave a message. People that should not park in DISABLED ZONES PARK IN THEM IF THEY SEE THEM EMPTY. MANAGEMENT OR SECURITY DOES NOTHING ABOU IT. FOR WHAT YOU PAY IN RENT YOU GET A HOURSE AND CLOWN CIRCUS. THE OWNERS ARE NO HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Lived here for 3+ years and loving it! Great amenities, awesome staff, always friendly and helpful, lots of trees, almost feel like you're on vacation. I love this place ❤️ Staying here until we buy a place of our own. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to raise our little girl."

"Current resident, living here for 11 months now, security is very bad. It is NOT quiet either. Floor plans are good but that's about it! I have to call Paladin at least twice a week for noise occurrences from the neighbors and manager is not doing anything about it. I'm moving out the first chance I get.."

"Absolutely Horrible Management and Security. I am a disabled combat veteran and live here because I don't have many options. That being said I do not recommend anyone move here. In the 1yr that I have been living here a multitude of vehicles have been broken into if not stolen out right. The trash points are consistently destroyed. I have to do patrols around complex and pick up dirty needles so the children playing don't on accident poke themselves. Roofs are leaky, wiring is crossed, walls are rotting, this complex is literally a refugee camp and that isn't an exaggeration. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!"
