"Lived here for a year in 2018 and then again in 2023. Prior year was alright, but the staff there now are so rude, unprofessional, lack knowledge. Property Manager Denise is rude and has been reported several times to her manager, Leslie, for her demeanor and behavior. Maintenance won't fix a thing either. AC unit is SO loud so if you want peaceful sleep, wouldn't recommend living here. They came into my apartment without notice or authorization. I guess they were trying to replace a microwave but had the wrong apartment. They even laughed about it, which was all caught on my indoor camera. They didn't even tell me about it. They will try to take all of your security deposit even though you had the carpets cleaned and hired someone to do a professional general clean. Staff are unhelpful with mostly everything. However, Leslie at the corporate office in Rocklin is awesome. Feel bad for her that she has to deal with the staff in the office."

"I moved in about 2 months ago and I have really enjoyed the complex so far! The unit is updated & spacious & the leasing office and maintenance are really quick when it's comes any questions or issues! I feel safe walking my daughter around the complex & the dog park & pet spa are a nice amenity. Also parking is great here which Is a plus! So glad we chose Hidden Oaks!"

"I see alot of negative reviews. I've lived here since 2007. I love it here. It's quiet and peaceful. It's clean. The staff have always been nice and understanding to me. Maintenance has always addressed my issues very quickly. I've never had any pest issues or any abnormal homeless issues. I've always considered this home, and will continue to do so."

"I just signed my renewal for year two of my lease here and I have to say that I'm really happy. I didn't have an assigned parking spot at first. That took about I think 6 months if I'm not mistaken. I was disappointed about that but the office staff got me a spot as soon as they could. Spots are limited and I know that at other apartment complexes around here that is the same situation. The office staff are always really nice to me and very organized. When I file a maintenance request I hear back in less than 24 hours. The rental rate that I'm charged is completely Fair. I would say it's probably below market for my second year of my lease. Although it's true that the cabinetry and the flooring are not of the highest quality that is also the same situation at most apartment complexes. I mean honestly what do you want? It's an apartment. For me living in an apartment is about the service. And the service is excellent. Life is very quiet here at Hidden Oaks. They keep the grounds looking immaculate. It is a beautiful complex. Bottom line I'm really happy here and you probably would be too."
