"New tenants been here a month and it's a great place to live. Very quiet complex we never hear any yelling or disturbances , very well maintained .and in a great neighborhood. I'm very thankful for Alicia she helped us when no one else would . All the Copperwoord Staff is amazing. .Everything is energy efficient were definitely thankful to be saving money on utilities and just to have a home to live in"
"Save yourself time and money by running far away from this place, I've lived here for 9 months. I was late paying rent on the 7th month and they filed an Unlawful Detainer case claiming that they posted a 3-day-notice to our door when they never did, because they wanted their rent 1 day earlier than we were able to pay it. Stating "It's mainly the lack of communication". They offered to set up a payment arrangements but wouldn't take anything less than the full balance within 24 hours. We were on time every other month, and now that we are 2 weeks away from the end of our lease, we have to move out and continue to pay them $200 per month for 2 YEARS in order to avoid an eviction. We miss a payment? They file the eviction. Don't believe me? Look up how many landlord/tenant lawsuits that Pearl Investment LLC (their company) is involved in. The owner is an attorney, so they try to use any excuse to take you to court. They'll also do random "inspections" for the most random things like "to check the air filter" or "inspect the fire alarm" when everything is up-to-date."
"I lived here for 7.5 years and it’s a great location with a pool, picnic area, and generally kind community. External laundry room was upgraded so cell phones can be used when paying for laundry. The maintenance guy is very kind and works hard. The front desk did get slightly harder to reach over the years, the rent does go up every year, and there is minimal guest parking. However, besides these minor things my experience was 5*."
"It's was an okay apartment with very limited parking. If I remember correctly, there were only 4 guest spots for the entire complex. Outdated HVAC with an opportunity for improvement for improving insulation. The energy bills were very large in summer months and the apartments stayed hot. Very small parking spaces. I had an elderly lady with a parking spot adjacent to mine who was callous with her car door and would constantly put dents in my car. Her son would also use my parking spot constantly. I told her to stop and she ran to Nancy to play the innocent victim. Nancy played favorites and never requested my side of the story. She also refused to renew my lease because of it. Decent apartment but management is not qualified to handle disputes."
