If we need help they are quick to respond, or if a problem arises. The apartment is so nice it feels like it was designed to make me feel at home."

The location is perfect for shopping and close to public transportation Its a safe neighborhood for walking. many shops and restaurants near by, we are walking distance to food store, post office, library and City government offices also police and fire department. The management and maintenance crew are excellent. They respond quickly to any problems we might have. Which I really appreciate. I've lived at the Springs almost 3 years and so happy I moved here."

"I have thoroughly enjoyed living at the SPRINGS Apartments for nearly the last 5 years. It’s amazing, it seems like just yesterday I moved in. Lyly the manager does an outstanding job. Rockney the maintenance supervisor keeps everything moving just fine. Arturo the custodian is always cleaning and keeping the place in pristine condition. Rosemary is very pleasant as she administers food programs for us. Overall my my experience living at the Springs has always been very pleasant."
